The hinge design leaves a lot to be desired. It's two bent bolts that pertrude into two channels on the top and bottom of the door. It easily gets stuck while it's rotating opened of closed. Often times while swinging closed it over extends and smacks into the opposite side and doesn't close. It seems like a reasonably solid little door otherwise... Just a very poorly thought out design. For this price, use some proper hinges.

this is the best access panel I have seen (admittedly i've not seen that many, but still, it stands out)the magnetic catch is solid and great, the venting is useful, it seems almost unwarpable, it's easy to install in sheetrock (though I have yet to install it and will come back if there are any glitches) ...

This is just what I needed for shower access, it went in a total of about 15 minutes it was great! Such an easy house project.

Hard to open because of the two screw pistons that are suppose to swing the door open. It moves around in the frame! Good thing I donโt have to open it much!
