My machine has the latest Windows 11 with the up to date update, but it cannot recognize this device, even I rebooted my machine. I'm returning it, since I have no CD-ROM drive to install its driver.

This adapter works, and it was very easy to install--Just plugged it in and my computer discovered it. I don't know about all the technical specifications, but it seems to give me the same connectivity as my other adapter, and it at the current $13 price it's hard to knock it.
