A spacer is a simple part, not rocket science. Put them over the studs, put wheels on then tighten the lugnuts.

These spacers were purchased to allow for wheels to clear a disc-brake conversion. These spacers are lightweight, allow for multiple stud layouts, and seem to be well balanced.
