The comapny reached out to me and sent thier apoligies has informed me they would be changing packaging and offered me a partial refund.I agreed and im looking forward to seeing the new packaging and hope it helps out future customers and myself ..let me know if you get new packaging post a pic. Thanks again to company and will recommmend company for future sales.Well once again packaging was horrible, resulting in bent out of shape deformed hats. I'm not sure why these companies don't package correctly.The quality is okay.few loose strings but all in all quality is ok.

These baseball caps are nice and arrived in multiple colors. Each hat is covered with mesh at the back and nicely fit to the head. The colors are vibrant and attractive and also adjustable easily to fit for kids to adults.The caps can be customized with stickers, iron on vinyl or sublimation. All my caps are folded and it caused a big fold on every cap. I tried keeping them in the dryer and kept them open for a few days and still the folds are very much visible.Except the fold issue, the caps are really good at this price.

I am really pleased with these hats! They came as described in a pack of 14. There is a nice variety of colors, although I wish the yellow and orange hats had a little more muted tone, the colors are almost fluorescent. The quality and design of the hats is what you would expect. With the adjustable strap it should fit most heads well. This pack is perfect for DIY projects.
