This review is for "140 Yards Double Sided Hem Tape Iron On，2 Rolls Hem Pants Without Sewing，Keep Its Beauty,Hemming Tape for Curtains,Pants,Clothes, Hem Tape No Sew Heming Tape Hemming Tape for Dresses." So far, it seems to hold well. I've been making pockets for my gym shorts and pajama bottoms because for some reason, manufacturers think women don't need pockets. I will do like another reviewer said and sew over the hem tape, just to be on the safe side.

This stuff makes the sewing much faster, I use it like basting material and then stitch it. Makes a nice neat hem, no pinning and no pins to run over. The adhesive is good; I just sew it too for extra protection against degradation during laundering. It works ok without the stitching too.
