The glass pot stains even after washing with soap and water. And I missed the short 30 day warranty/return window by a day.Go with the Cuisinart OEM instead.

It’s better than original, the pot has longer lip so coffee doesn’t spill all over the place. The bonus is that it’s considerably cheaper than original pot.

I wanna be a Vine CustomerThis being said....I got this as a failsafe . I had to go to costco one sunday morning after breaking my carafe while washing it. Funny is I had about 4 spares that I left behind in a move.So I got this for my cuisinart machine in case I flub up the was and and hear that dreaded TICK...it's broken sound.

Originally I was a little concerned that the replacement carafe did not properly fit the existing coffee maker as it did not appear to be pushing the ball at the bottom of the filter assembly up. Without a proper fit the coffee would not release out of the filter assembly and spill out the top. So, I resorted to placing a small metal shim on the burner plate. I then found the old, cracked carafe in the trash and remeasured the old carafe and new carafe and they were the exact same dimensions. The new carafe is working great!!

Well, I was loving this for the 2 months we had it.I did notice it’s thinner than the original- but didn’t think much of it.Today it shattered everywhere. I’ve had glass break before, but this- almost like exploded. Beware.
