The post of one of the earring broke off a little after the 30 day return period. I contacted the seller. They sent me info to return both earrings . No replacement earringd arrived. I tried emailing them again but never got a response. I was okay with the one earring breaking because I know things can happen. I just expected them to honor their promise to replace it. Sad.

They were a Christmas gift for my gf. She wanted these so I bought them. The second time she went to put them on one broke. The ball fell off the earring. She did not tell me at first, and now it’s too late for a return. Not happy with this product wasted money!!
