Your application will of course dictate what hardware you will need, but if you are looking for stainless metric flange bolts, these are high quality. The material is stainless (just slightly magnetic), the flanges are smooth, and the threads are precise and burr-free. The bolt heads are stamped/labelled as "A2-70" stainless steel, and the hex head is 12 mm. These are nice bolts - the price is about $7.50 for 14 bolts which I feel is reasonable.

This pack of 14 hex bolts is as pictured and described. The set comes in a small ziploc bag. I purchased this to replace a missing bolt on my 2012 toyota Camry. It was a good fit and is holding my engine splash guard in place, so no more dragging.
