I live in Minnesota, and I like to keep my boots bloused to keep mud and snow out—who doesn’t? But in addition to that, I also use these to secure wreaths, lights, and other things to my balcony railing. The hooks get a little rusty after the winter, but they still work well! Decorations still stay fastened to my balcony even after rough, galing storms that trigger the tornado sirens.

I recently bought these elastic Boot Straps for my daughter, who’s in JROTC, and they’ve been a great addition to her uniform gear. The straps are sturdy and hold her boots securely in place, which is she needs for her training and drills.
