Exactly what they should be. You just need to know how to install them.You crimp clip the bent angle side to the door with the point and the belly part of the spring downward so that when you close the door the little hook on the other side of the spring gets hooked into cage wire.You do need crimper and hardware cloth clips. Pretty simple

Latches are bent weird and would make it hard to use. I can’t see how these would work with any style of cage
