Pleasantly surprised at the quality of these gloves. We had a pair of gloves made by Vermont Castings for 20 yrs which finally wore out. Our first replacement attempt weren't thick enough to protect hands handling burning logs, these work quite well. No complaints

These were overkill for what my son is using them for but he wants the gloves to last so I got him these. These right out of the package felt heavy duty. Great fit and nicely made. My son says these should last longer since he intends to use them for TIG welding.
