I like to make 3D paper flowers with my electronic cutting machine, and these tools help form them easily.Before using these, I had to twist them by hand, and I could never get the beginning shape tight enough. These help with grabbing the ends and starting the flower correctly.You can also use the for actual quilling. I haven't done quilling in years, but it's nice to have these on hand to make some accent pieces for cards.

The paper tools are a good value for the price. It's really just 2 main tools with different color tips. The product is 2 sets of each color. It's good for sharing and crafting together with friends or family. If it's for yourself, it's more of just extras in case you lose your tools. I am more interested in the quilling tool. The piercing tool is not bad for simple crafting projects. However, I have a dedicated one for my bookbinding projects already and my current one is better so I probably won't have a use for the piercing one.
