This pan & accessories work great, and are easy to clean. I especially appreciate the easily cleaned and non-rusting stainless roasting rack.The pan is induction-capable. (Yes, I tried it.) However, the manufacturer won't tell you this because heating the pan quickly and unevenly will certainly cause warping. Stainless steel is a poor conductor of heat and an induction burner heats the area directly above it very fast, so this is an even bigger issue with an induction stove than with others. If your induction stove lets you combine two burners into one large one, and you heat the pan slowly (on lower power) it will work just fine for making gravy.

Love this roasting pan. It's stainless so it shouldn't scratch or chip. Cooked our holiday turkey to perfection. Clean up nicely too. Glad we bought this.

Bought this to replace an existing Roasting Pan that had seen better days (it was used quite a bit and stood up to the constant use, from baking to roasting to BBQ; it took all I gave it until the day I realized it was time for a change. The description and price were definitely a bargain along with the additional equipment. I hope this roasting pan will last for the next 15 years or so.

For the money, this was a great purchase! It isn't as heavy gauge as many other stainless steel options but also not as heavy to lift out of the oven, especially once the meat is added. It is heavy enough that it didn't warp at 500 degrees, which was what I needed. The extras that came with it are a bonus and appreciated. I ordered a few days before Christmas and it arrived on December 23rd as promised. I would have given it 5 stars had it been packaged better. It arrived in the manufacturer's box, the one that has pictures and descriptions of the contents of the box. One end of the box wasn't even taped or secured in any other way except for the folds of the box - cannot believe all the contents were still inside. I would have preferred that the manufacturer's box be placed in a plain cardboard box, so that it would have been more secure and discreet.
