Could use a little more quality control maybe even a new mold for the casting to prevent the extra metal blocking the holes

There are nicer-looking right angle corner braces out there, these are cast aluminum and they really look it with the rough surface texture. They get the job done but would not be my first recommendation.

These are decent quality corner braces for 2020 type extrusions.The corner bracket comes with the drop-in style of nut, rather than the slide in style. This makes it easier to assemble and reconfigure brackets. I imagine the slide-in style adds a bit more strength, so maybe something to consider if you are making a CNC machine with a heavy spindle.There are some finish areas that are scraped or otherwise slightly scratched off on a couple of the brackets. All the external surfaces of the corner brackets all look ok - the chipped or missing paint seems to be around the inside, near the screw holes.

The Tslot nuts fit good in the 2020 profile and makes a strong connection.

The nuts slip through the opening of the bracket. They are supposed to twist when you tighten them but as soon as you try to loosen them they fall out. Also very hard to get into position or make any adjustments because they just fall out. GARBAGE

The brackets and bolts are fine but the nuts are too small. According to the specs, the nuts ahould be 10mm wide x 10mm long but the nuts that I received are only 5.5mm wide and they can turn sideways in the slot then pull out through the slot. Pretty much useless...time to try someone else.

I built everything out of 2020 or 4040. Seriously, I hardly ever use wood to build anything anymore. With so many projects, I end up using a ton of connectors. These are good, solid corner joints at a good price. They have that little notch on them that allows them to lock into the track for a much more solid connection.
