Good quality. Was wrapped well in bubble wrap to insure keyway groove and ends don’t get damaged in shipping. Would purchase again.

Making a jackshaft for slowing down a polisher motor. This and a couple pulleys and new belt did the trick (It's a lot more work than it sounds like). Despite low price, the shaft is straight and well machined. I did sand/file the end of the shaft and the corners of the key way so things slid in easily. Once in, no problem. Slick.

It's 5/8 rod with 3/16 key way but in the 16 in rod, there is no straight section. It's not true. I bought this to be a jack shaft on a gas motor powered adult tricycle but the 1/16 in endplay will cause the chain or sprockets to wear out fast .. or both.. and could cause it to throw the chain as well. I don't recommend this.
