My rolls are coming up short of the 16.5 advertised feet and the link dimensions are slightly smaller in mm than described.

Great value, I believe this is as advertised, 304 stainless steel that exhibits some magnetism in the presence of a strong magnet. If you don't want the layer of copper that others have commented on, make sure you get the non-gold colour. This steel is a pain to cut and so the links not being welded together is very nice. For the price I paid, I was sure it would tarnish...but no....I made a chain for my neck and one for my wrist and it still hasn't tarnished after more than a month....the links are the perfect size..not too big...

I used this chain to make shopping cart tokens. The chain seems quite strong. It is well finished and polished with no sharp edges.The links are not welded, which was fine for my purposes.My calipers measure the link width at 6.9mm, which is close enough to 7mm for me.I didn't verify the length of chain I received, nor do I know how to verify that it is stainless steel. Magnets stick to it, albeit weakly.I cut one length with a hacksaw and it took some doing.I removed another length by forcing a link down onto a screw driver with a small hammer to expand the join enough to remove it. The link did not break but did comply with some work.For my purposes, I'm very happy with it.
