This 175A Anderson (clone) kit is an excellent value. Easy to use and to install, this is an industry standard connector.Not all colours are able to mate with eachother. For example, the more common GRAY connector will NOT mate with these RED ones. This is a good thing! Having "keyed" connectors like this prevent connecting incompatible voltages or AC to DC.Be sure that you need RED connectors when you purchase these!The finish on the connectors is about as good as can be expected for clones. If a perfect connector is your objective, then opt for the authentic Anderson connectors, otherwise, save lots of money and have the same result.Take a look at the attached pictures to have a size comparison between a 175A (top) connector versus a 50A (bottom) connector.

I used them to make a detachable connection from my truck battery to my trailer winch.I used a jumper cable, left 1 set of clamps in the original form, to connect to my truck battery.The connector is now on the winch side.Now no more fiddling around, when using the winch.The connectors are sturdy and the conductivity is good (no voltage losses).Also, they disconnect very easily after use.I would buy these connectors again, if needed for another project.

Very good product, works very well, have these on my jump box, charger, and all my tractors. Mount in an east to get to location, no more trying to get to the battery itself! Awesome!!

The connectors and components were as shown and of good quality. I unfortunately couldn't use them since they did not match ones that I already have installed. The mismatch is clear in the pictures but requires a careful check to see the differences. Look closely at the center plastic if you need to match an existing one. All other dimensions seem to match other brands.

These fit in my 175 amp warn ones. They lock together very tight with each other, and the warn ones. And they come end plugs, and a handle. I will make a set of jumper cables, using these. I have cables hooked to battery for my removeable winch, which fits in a front and rear receiver hitch. Will order more if needed.

I was worried that they won't fit the Anderson, but let me make this perfectly clear,this product does fit the SB175 RED connectors & at an awesome price. I will now be buying my connector here instead of wasting twice as much from the other place. FYI the color is a code and that code is for different notches on the plug side in the middle part, that mates with the same color connector, also they can not be put together without inserts [the metal locking tab will stop them from sliding together so don't try until they are fully assembled. Another note, it is best to use a hydraulic crimper like this one [see photo of Amazon product & link below]. I've been using this style product for 10 yrs now and the hydraulic crimper is the only way to get the larger wires right. Connector feels well made, I purchased this for a quick disconnect for a battery bank.Time will till how durable this product is but as of now I'm happy.
