Initially hard to open after "clicking" it closed. Wife just could not do it. However, after I worked it s few dozen times it loosened up, and is now quite usable

It was packaged well and appeared sturd. I purchased for an Acura ILX but it didn't quite work out. It was a little too stiff so the seal wasn't a perfect fit.
