Great file folders! The card stock is heavy and substantial, and the tabs are cut if three different positions so you can actually find stuff in that overcrowded, overflowing file drawer. I like the bright colors, too, so that, if you’re super organized, you can color-code your stuff. I guess red would be for medical stuff, because…blood? Idk, and I didn’t use the colors like that, but a person, not me, certainly could. Highly recommend!

I needed to begin the new year with new file folders. These came in handy. They are truly red so I will know they are 2025 when I box them at the end of the year.They are fairly sturdy but not the usual card stock. Since I am using them for my household expenses that is alright. The 1/3 cut is my preference. The tabs are not reinforced and are showing wear already so I put labels on either side so they should stand up to my everyday use. They do expand approximately 1 1/2 inch which will be useful for my biggest category which is medical.I believe I will be happy with them. I will edit this review if there is anything to add.

These are plain 1/3 cut letter-size manila-type file folders, available in various colors (I ordered mine in red, and the color is fine). They're of typical file folder weight and sturdiness, and are as functional as you'd expect them to be. A sheet of self-adhesive labels in various colors is included. At a price of $9.99 for 18 folders, however, they're relatively expensive, considering that a box of 100 plain Amazon Basic manila file folders is available for $13.32 (as of this writing). If color is important to you, however, these are fine, but for me, they're not really a such a good value for the money.
