Came with the metal 2nd loop broken off and the clasp didn't hold shut, it just flopped open and closed

My daughter loved this nose ring. It made a great Christmas gift. It was so dainty and pretty. She put it in her nose right away. It is so cute.

It’s cute but I ordered pink and they gave me the wrong color which annoys me.
