I have been wanting a recurve bow for a LONG time now, so when I saw that I could 'build' my own, and this being one of the components, I had to get. The unit itself came very quickly and was packaged very well to ensure that there was no damage or possibility of such. Pretty basic piece in that you still need to purchase bowlimbs for it, but it is labeled as standard size, so getting the limbs shouldn't be a problem.

The finished on this is great, smooth and consistent all over. The grip is perfect for my little chubby hands and it balances well. I ordered black limbs which will contrast the tan well. I can't wait to install them.I only have two minor concerns. It's a bit heavier than I expected. It weighed in at 2.5 pounds. I was expecting to be below 2. The second OCD concern is that the vibration device isn't installed straight. Not a big deal but it bothers me. I'll try to spin it.
