Bought this to run drip system irrigation, works great, quiet, good pressure. I did make one alteration, I installed a low pressure cut off switch to shut off the pump if the tank I am pumping out of runs dry. A Square D M4 available on Amazon is the one to buy. It's such a sweet little pump I did not want to damage it. It's been installed and working fine for 4 months.

Why does it sound like a jet engine that caught a rock? This thing is so loud even the plumber said "wtf is wrong with this thing??" HAAAAAALP

Works well once it tightened all of the fittings on the pump. Would have thought that would have been fine at the factory.

The instructions is so embarrassingly badly written in English I don't know how anyone in all seriousness actually could release this stuff and sell it to the publicThe instruction mentioned the pump is not for potable water which is kind of bizarre.... It's already starting to rust with a little bit of outside exposure I don't think this thing is going to last very long it looks pretty cheap and nasty

Nice compact unit; works fine if you know a bit about pumps.....like how to plumb it / prime it; Owner's Manual unacceptably vague for those who might depend on it for intitial set-up. Biggest complaint: cut out pressure not as advertised! Pump cuts out at 26 pounds, not 38 pounds as advertised. Shouldn't be an issue for my application....(drip irrigation) but it could be for others. Can I open the pressure switch and adjust, like USA made, standard pressure switches? Looks to me like it is sealed in plastic; no adjust possible. Not good.One last comment: the Reviews on this pumps Amazon page DO NOT MATCH THE PUMP! YIKES!
