The good is it works with the remote provided. I still haven't figured out how to program it to a different remote and probably never will as there is no instruction manual and no way to contact the maker of this product. Also, the three buttons turn on one relay or the other. The power turns on both. There is no way to turn off both. Therefore, one relay is always open. This allows me to use the always on connection to turn off the device, but if the power goes out, then both units activate. Small problem but still there should be a way to toggle each relay on and off.

I used it to build a remote control 12v trigger box for my office. I have two amplifiers that each runs a different system. One is for my TV speakers and one is for my computer speakers. So I’m able to start an activity on my Harmony Remote and it switches the two amps on along with everything else.
