I am not a fan. It is CHEAP the knows don't tighten down without using pliers and the bike won't stay seated in the tire racks. Plus there is NO bands to lock down tires. Looks like a good way to loose or destroy a very expensive bike. You get what you pay for

My wife has a Electra Townie electric bike (green) that is under 50lbs and is shaped like a traditional bike. My RadRunner Plus (silver) is closer to a moped, has really wide tires and tops the scales at 80lbs. I needed a rack that worked with both bikes. The brackets that support the tires are very wide so even the Rad's monster tires fit in there. I use one of center post arms to grab the Townie's frame and hold it in place. For the Rad I just use a cargo strap (not included) and strap the frame to the center post. I used an included strap to hold the Townie's down onto the rack. I then wrapped both bikes in a cargo strap (not included or shown in photo) and strap both bikes down to the rack. The rack comes with 2 straps but they seem designed for typical bikes and I did not trust them with the heavy Rad.The rack will work fine if you use the bumper hitch on a pickup but on my Sienna van and I suspect most cars, SUV, etc you will need an extension to get the rack far enough way for the closest bike to fit and not rub your vehicle. I got a 7" extension here on Amazon for about $20 and it worked perfectly.Considering I paid under $110 for the rack I am thrilled with the purchase and gave it 5 stars. I do want to point out it is a cheap bike rack and I am judging it as such. The build quality is not even close to the more expensive racks I have seen but at this price point what do you expect? All the parts just seem OK, things fit either a little snug or a little lose. You can tighten the knobs to put the wheel and frame holders in place but they still move around with little effort. It is obvious their goal was to make an OK product as cheap as possible. I suspect we will only use it 10 times a year and for that it should last us for years. If you want something to use every weekend you might want to spend more and get something that will last longer for you.

This product is absolute junk. It may hold two kids bikes but not 150 lbs. The directions are very poor and the material is subpar. I have assembled a lot of Chinese things before and this is the worst. Better to save your money and buy a better quality product. Am going to attempt a return but we all know that could be dicey. Please save yourself and do not purchase this item.

Design looks good, finish is pretty good and that's about where the quality ends. Assembled bike rack and installed on the back of the camper. Loaded 2 small ebikes (60 lbs each) traveled down the state hwy for about 25 miles(fairly smooth road, as far as state hwys go) pulled in for fuel, found none of the "locking" hand knobs held, all were loose, makeshift crossbar support should have been designed straight up, as it will not hold and the "crappy" foam that was installed failed thus scratching the brand new bikes. tolerances on the assembly are very lacking (like throwing a Hot Dog down a Hallway). All this being said, only 120# when this rack is supposed to hold up to 150# glad I didn't try that or get off of the hwy.
