I am sure I have tried over a dozen camping pillows of various types over the years and this is the first I have really been happy with. It is one of the very few that is tall enough for me as a side sleeper (although I have to inflate it slightly firmer than I would prefer), includes a strap that will work with larger pads, is easily reparable with seam grip if need be (no non-removable cover), and is also extremely compact and lightweight.

Pillow is an ideal size, weight, and softness but too much air escapes while forcing the nozzle cap to close. If it had a normal inflation nozzle, I’d keep it. Tried many times but couldn’t make it retain enough air to support my head. Maybe with the thicker “side sleeper” version? But I’m reluctantly returning it for one with a more ordinary nozzle which doesn’t need so much force to shut.

I love OV products but the QA here is slipping. The valve that keeps air in as you blow it up was bent during packaging and won’t sit flat so you can’t get a full pillow without some sort of mouth gymnastics.

I purchased this pillow for backpacking. For years I have simply lumped up a fleece and some socks. No more! This pillow is so small and light that I have no excuse but to sleep in luxurious comfort. The fabric is soft and stretchy just as advertised. As soon as this one arrived, I returned a backpacking pillow from another manufacturer and purchased a second from Outdoor Vitals. I remain impressed with the quality and value of Outdoor Vitals products and will continue to explore their catalog.

Best camping pillow that I have been able to find. Compresses down really small for traveling. Really easy to blow up (about three breaths). Good size when blown up. Very comfortable fabric. Can easily be adjusted for optimum comfort (adjust more or less inflation for your best comfort). I like the stuff sack that it comes with. I store it right in my Outdoor Vitals dry sack for the sleeping pad. Doing so makes it is easy to find when I am setting up my sleep system and makes sure that it did not get wet for any reason. It is such a quality product. Great Price! I only wish it was manufactured by American hands.

Nice inflatable pillow. Packs down small and doesn't weigh enough to notice.-The material feels nice to the touch and has a slight stretch to the fabric.-Inflates and deflates quickly with minimal effort. The inflation port is flush to the pillow and compatible with the pump sack used for the Outdoor Vitals inflatable sleeping pads.-Slightly smaller than my Trekology inflatable pillow, when inflated, but the material on this pillow feels like much better quality.I haven't field tested this pillow yet, but will be doing a hike this coming December and I will report back with my findings.
