This is a thick, strong bag. Easily fills with water and the strap wraps tightly to close it and wraps around a pole with a standard clip in connector. As long as it’s standing upright, it holds water. If it falls over or you lay in on the side the water will leak out.

I used these bags for kayaking in whitewater conditions. So far they are holding up and have been completely waterproof when intentionally submerged. This two bag set cost than ONE 10L dry at major camping retailers. Time will tell if they are durable and resistant to the wear and tear from taking them in and out the dry hatches in a recreational kayak or the stern area of my whitewater kayak.
