Appears to be good quality...the hardest part of the job is getting the cover plate snapped...it takes all the strength you can muster. I finally had to bind out the side of the cover plate to get it snapped on.

I especially also like the size. Everyone should have extra grip outside the shower for safety. The middle of this bar is "rough" so your grip will not slip. I procrastinated too long - get one for your own safety.

Great grab bars. Used them as handles for a homemade garage workbench on casters. Installed them with bolts, washers, and locknuts instead of the supplied screws, which appear to be top quality. Knurled finish feels great in the hand and provides a non-slip surface to grab on to.

These safety bars are awesome! I bought them when my mom moved in and had them installed...so easy to install was based on the guy who installed them knew what he was doing. I have had them over a year, 2 at/in the shower, 1 on the wall across from shower and one installed next to toilet to help assist getting up. They have lasted well and remain intact 100% Then have not peeled or lost any of the color/coating, again they are sturdy and have never rusted.
