I started wood working a few years ago, and I have a couple of different Ridgid shop vacuums. One is large and the other much smaller.That said it seemed like a simple task to connect my table saw and band saw to the dust outlet ports to control and remove dust. Nope ... it wasn't easy at all to find hoses and clamps or fitting to connect the vacuum to the saws. Why!!!??? Jeez, it seems like a no brainer to have parts like this available for all the DIY'ers and wood working Americans out there ... doesn't it?Anyway, there are companies online that sell hose fittings and clamps like these to connect the vacuum hoses to the saws. It hasn't been easy to figure out, but here's the critical measurements. You'll need hose fittings with a 4 inch inside diameter to fit a large dust port, and an adapter from 4 inches to 2-1/4 inches. Yes, they have them and it's not impossible to find once you know what sizes you'll need.The other critical measurement is 2-1/4 inch inside diameter hose to fit the small Ridgid vacuum's dust hose adapter. They are available online too, and THESE hose clamps work perfectly to hold them in place!I am delighted to rate this product five stars for making my project work!!

These are not true to size. Order smaller than you need I have about 10 of these I can't use due to fact 2 inch won't go to 2 inch need 1 3/4for 2 inch . Crazy not good product
