i like the 2-tier design and the narrow space saving width. It's easy to see what you have on hand and no lifting lids to get the items out. Just pull the container basket out and get what you need.The first one arrived broken but a replacement was sent right away. I sent the broken one back before the replacement arrived -- which was a mistake. The first one had a broken bottom tray. The replacement had a cracked container. Had I waited, I could have swapped out the cracked container. I kept it as I didn't want to wait any longer to reorganize my cabinets. I put the crack toward the back and hopefully it will not be a problem.

These organizer things are just bizarre. They are just plastic bins with a weird tiered structure. They aren't really drawers because they don't slide or glide much at all. They just sit on the "shelf" but the shelf has a hole in the middle, just enough that it's not good as a shelf for anything else, so you need the bin, which is just a plastic box.These are such a strange size too- just too long to fit in a standard upper cabinet, but short enough that they waste a ton of space in a deeper lower cabinet. They look like they could be useful, but once you try to use them, it's a bad design.They were easy to assemble, even though there are no instructions, and no included "dividers" that it shows in the listing.
