Works great for my application. Mine are installed indoors along the staircase and it is very sensitive. It lights up as people go up and down the stairs. I'm very happy with the results.

Great purchase especially for the price. Came well packaged which i was worried about with so much glass. The instructions were minimal but exactly what I needed to install it myself. Easy install and took very little time.

I got these motion lights to replace the old one in the front door here at the ranch. I decided to put the second one on the back patio where I don't have a motion detector. They work as describe, I have them to pick up motion at night up 30 feet away. Would recommend this motion lights and would buy them again.

I've got these up on the front of my garage. I love the motion sensors, love that it's not blinding light. I live pretty rural, and any kind of light really goes a long way...like they notice it 4 streets over, there are just so few houses.Anyway, the housing has plenty of room for the wires and wire nuts. It's a very simple install, and I think they look great. Highly recommend.

I have wanted motion sensing porch lights for a long time, and these had an attractive design that I liked.Installation was relatively straightforward as a replacement for an existing set of lights. I do have to note, however, that out of the box, my two lights were set to different operational settings. I did not want to use the default, though, so I have them set to just do the full on/off (not dimming) setting. I mainly did this because I am using these lights with non-dimmable outdoor rated LED lights, and so the automatic full on/off option works perfectly.Now, I never have to fumble with my keys trying to find the keyhole on my front door at night from forgetting to turn on the porch lights. I've been using them for about a month at the time of this review, and the operation of the motion sensors has been quite reliable.The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars, though, is the fact that there is no sensitivity setting for the motion sensors, like most other motion sensing light fixtures will have. And, in my use case, I find that the motion sensors are actually too sensitive. My front door is roughly 35 feet away from the street, and the porch lights are activated by cars driving by on the road, so I wish I could reduce the sensitivity to only turn on when people approach on the sidewalk leading up to my front door.

The front door of my house has a decorative light similar to these on each side of the door. They operate with the flip of a switch inside the door. If there is a knock at the door or someone approaches the door, I often have to turn the light on first and peer through the window to see who or what is there.With these being operated by the motion sensor, visitors will be greeted first by my porch being lit up for them. They also give me a little more peace about being able to see what is there from further away without there being an obvious switching on of the light after they are standing there.I like the decorative glass in these that are nicer than the plain clear ones I have now.The painted finish looks like it will last a while in the elements without corroding.I was going to include a photo of them installed, but I need to head to the local home improvement store to pick up the trim that goes between these and my siding. The existing ones are a different shape and won't work with these.For your purposes, you may wish to take one of these with you to match them up with the correct siding trim before you start installing them.
