I need to know the temperature in both my fridge and deep-freezer. These do the job nicely!I can rest assured my food is being stored at the proper temp.It's also important to know how warm it gets during a power outage to ensure food safety. I can now monitor multiple locations... makes the job much easier.I like them.

I like to keep a thermometer on each shelf in my fridge.....just to see where the coldest spot is (on my fridge it is the top shelf). I also like to check the temp right after the power comes back on after a power outage, to see if it got too warm for the food that was inside.To test these out, i first put them both next to my existing thermo, and they all showed the same temp. I then put one of the new ones on the middle shelf, and the other on the bottom shelf. So now I know exactly what is happening in my fridge!You can also put these anywhere inside or outside to see what the temp is!
