Measure before you buy. Most baffles sold in big box stores are 3-1/4" diameter and will not fit a disposal opening older than 8-10 years. Measure the opening in your sink and verify that it is 3-1/8" or 3-1/4" in diameter. Big box is going to charge you $15-$17 for a single baffle and they will not carry the smaller baffle. These fit the smaller opening perfectly and you cannot beat the price. You can actually afford to replace the annually if like.

The water goes out extremely slow. It has to be opened up to allow the water water and food to pass through.

Pretty sure my in-sink garbage disposal is a standard size. This was too small to fit tightly so it slips off and falls into the disposal with a little bit of water from the faucet. Also, the slits were the food supposed to pass through are too tight for the food to pass through even when you spray water on them. Maybe I shouldn’t give this a three stars maybe it should be two stars.
