Wanted a non-toxic option to scoop hot rice but didn’t realize it would not be non-stick. Also, you have to be really careful not to scrape the rice maker, which I believe is teflon and would obviously defeat the whole purpose of going non toxic. Will use as a serving spoon instead for casseroles. Ordered a silicone paddle instead.

I decided to get rid of all my plastic anything in my kitchen. These metal rice spoons are perfect! They’re thick, smooth and very durable. I love that they come in a pair.
