The product listing was misleading—it stated ‘foam’ in the title, but what I received was not foam. I bought this to paint details on my iron railings, expecting a smooth finish. While I had to use it for an urgent project, it didn’t perform well. Not only did it fail to give a truly smooth finish, but the wool also started shedding and sticking to the railing, making the job messy. Disappointed with the quality and the inaccurate description.

I wish these were good but it did not work for my project. I wanted something small to use to paint window metal panels to prevent lines. I initially spray painted and tried to use these rollers for touch-up rather than utilize a brush to prevent creating lines. These rollers are very thin and hard. It soaks no paint on the roller and it leaves lines. I had to go back with my microfiber roller to remove the lines. These will not work if you are trying to create a smooth painting finish like doors and window trims

I have wide grout lines that need restaining. I have tried so many tools to do this and now I found the perfect one! Much better quality than I expected!!! I am so happy I will reorder again for when I need to do this in the future!

Really excellent for getting in and smoothing out paint brush marks when painting window frames which are awkward to do. Do note though that these are not foam they are a very very short pile that give a slight stippled effect when dry. Initially I was annoyed as I wanted a foam roller but the rollers were so handy they really saved me a lot of work I didn't mind the finish.

I like that this is a two-pack. This is the second time I have used this tool to paint iron, security bars on my windows and doors. Painting these bars is not a job I like doing, but this tool, along with paint in a small roller pan, makes the job a little easier and I don't have the drips that a brush would cause.
