These are high quality and come with screws and lock nuts, but they didn't fit my bed exactly. I was trying to get a king headboard to fit on another kind frame it wasn't meant for and ended up having to drill some holes through the headboard

got a new bed frame but it was slightly smaller than the one that came with my head board and foot board so needed adaptors. bought two packs of these. these were a little larger than I needed but measuring out the smaller ones, I didn't think they would line up. these were super easy to attach and lined up perfectly. seems if I were so inclined, trimming these down to an appropriate size would be fairly easy with a dremel tool (of course you wouldn't want them attached to the bed at the time of trimming). glad I I found these as using zip ties, besides being visually unappealing, would be far less sturdy.

I used these to fit our old king-sized headboard to our new queen bed frame. In our case, I had to use the entire width of the brackets, but they work fine. The package includes both long and short bolts and nuts to secure the adapters. The tools you need to secure the brackets are included with the hardware. It is nice to have our headboard secured to the bedframe once again. I rated ease of install a '4' due to 2 factors - a) the included wrench is pretty cheap - I got an adjustable from my toolbox and used it - much easier, and b) the nuts only just fit on the end of the bolts, so you are tightening them all the way down.

It worked well for attaching a headboard to a bed that has holes in the steel legs. The legs are 2” square and the headboard’s attachment holes were further apart than that. I do wish this had a better bolt selection, perhaps a third size and fewer of the small size. But we made it work with our own hardware. Once it’s installed it’s extremely sturdy, no flexing to it at all.

Have always wanted a king bed but didn't want to buy new bedroom furniture set. This did the trick. I was able to set it up myself but couldn't get nuts to screw on bolts further than a few turns. The mattress delivery guy was able to do it and said the Allen wrench provided is required to tighten and was able to complete the setup. Worked just fine - no issues after two weeks.

The bolt on plate is heavy duty. Looks sturdy.Check photos closely: the "extension arm" is NOT part of thid product. It is only the flat plate.I will need to buy the extension.
