Chairs are very comfortable, stable and look great. Service was quick and efficient. Assembly, however, was a big pain. I ordered 6 chairs and it took forever. Believe them when they say not to tighten and that you might need help. A third hand--preferably a left hand--is crucial. The Allen wrench provided is flimsy and very difficult to use in the small space necessary and will leave your hands battered and bruised. Very happy with them now that I am finally done, but getting there was dificult.

I really like these chairs. They are very sturdy though lightweight, very comfortable, and match well with another set of all weather wicker patio furniture I already had (all weather meaning plastic, not real wicker, in case anyone is wondering about that). I found them easy to assemble by myself as the pieces are so lightweight. I hand tightened the fasteners as I connected the pieces, then as each chair was all assembled went around with the allen wrench to finish securing the fasteners. That part was a little tedious as there are a lot of them, but it was not difficult.

The product looks good but hard to assemble.. the “tool” used to assemble was not good. Need a better tool. Hard to get in the tight places.

These patio chairs are very nice. Easy to assemble. They seem to be pretty sturdy. In my opinion, great value for the price.

We did not like the look of attaching the cushions at the front. Instead, we slipped black zip ties in-between the backrest and arm, just above the seat, and left enough slack to tie-on or clip-on our own cushions. That worked beautifully. As for the cushions that came with the chairs, they have a new home on chairs in my husband's home office. These outdoor chairs are very sturdy. Assembly went well until a stripped thread was discovered in the underside of the seat area of one chair. We had to buy a thread repair kit in order to get the screw in properly. The chairs do come with thin, square cushions, but they do not have ties and will blow away at the slightest breeze. Additionally, attaching your own square cushions with ties or web straps with clip closures is problematic because there is no room between the backrest and arms to slip in either type of ties. We attached our own cushions at the front of the seat around the arms to solve that problem. Attaching the cushions essentially backwards may look a little strange to some, but it worked. We still would've purchased these chairs because of their higher weight limit and the price.
