First, a lot of people complain about removing items from these: let your candle cool completely and it's actually fairly easy as long as it's full. If you are using acrylic consider a release spray.Second, buy a hole punch for leather or a biopsy tool and make proper round holes for wicks in the center. These are sizes for candles using a size 5 or 4 square braided wick depending on wax. Example small mold and size 4 wick will work with yellow grade beeswax OR small mold and size 5 wick with cosmetic grade beeswax. The large mold works better with a blend of wax and oil.Not the best silicone, not the highest quality, not very flexible, so performance is limited, but not very expensive either. You can pop out candles all day with these but if you want to be able to peel your mold away from the candle easier you will need a higher quality mold. With these you need work a bit out and rotate back and forth helping the mold release.

I am new to candle making, so I probably did not pay enough attention, but these molds turned out to be smaller than I anticipated.

Están muy duros para desmoldar, hice la recomendación de sumergirlos en agua tibia con jabón y aun así están muy duros...Difícil situación...

It took me several long attempts to remove candles from these molds, especially from the taller one. The silicone is stiff, so you can't roll it over, you just have to wiggle and tap and shake it and pull it - which at the end damage the edges of a candle. Doesn't work for me.

These are nice molds, simple, and sturdy. There is nothing fancy to them. They are small, accurate to description and size. They are made of thick silicone, and not flexible. I use them to make pillar candles. You will need to poke a hold in the bottom to feed the wick through or use a wooden skewer. You might need to manipulate the silicone to break the seal so the candle or resin can slide out.

NO idea how this has 4 stars. It’s impossible to remove candles from these molds. This is as far as I got before I hurt my wrist and cut them out. I used really expensive tallow wax and it got sliced in the process. Total waste of time and $$!!

I've been using these with beeswax and love how easily the candles come out after. Its not like they slide right out but it doesn't take much to get them out. Sometimes these will leave rings on your candle so its not always a perfectly smooth surface but I really don't mind because these are just for my personal use. Most of the time they are smooth though.
