The transparent and removable water tank can directly view the capacity of the water, easily refill and clean.
Cup Warmer
The heated mental plate on the top of the machine can warm your cups during using and keeps your coffee in a taste good temperature.
Removable Drip Tray
Keep the drip water and remove it to pour the water. Fits most cup sizes, you can remove it if your cup is too tall or large.
2 in 1 Filter Holder
The portafilter has two 304 stainless steel double layer filters, which delivers one espresso shot or two at once.
USER TIPS:
- For the first time use, as a new machine and without water in the boiler. It is recommended to fill the water without coffee powder and boil it several times to clean the machine. Meanwhile, it can avoid the temperature of coffee being too low and help for better taste of coffee.
- The coffee powder needs to be pressed flat, but do not press it too tightly, which will affect the normal extraction of coffee.
- When using the steam function, the STEAM button will flash for a few seconds, you can turn the steam control knob to start steaming when the indicator light stops flashing. The optimal depth of the steam nozzle into the milk is 0.5cm.
- The steam may still remain inside the portafilter, so the extra coffee may slowly drip out after brewing, we suggest waiting for 15 to 20s after turn it off.
- Please read the manual carefully before operating the coffee machine.

I really enjoy using my espresso machine. I have used it for over a year now and it's been great. It started to leak recently and I reached out to the company directly with my issue. They were very prompt at getting back to me; they ended up sending me a new replacement. They were super kind, helpful, and quick at responding to my messages.

I did a lot of research before buying an expresso machine. I almost went for a $600 unit but wanted to make sure I enjoyed making expresso. Also the $600 unit I was considering also has its own problems. I don't have barista experience but I was making delicious expresso and frothy milk on the first day. Great value!! Couple of tips..if you are making multiple shots ie for multiple people then make the milk/creamer first. If you try to make a shot, then use the frother, then go back to making shots you will find the unit needs to cool off for some time before it can make shots again. If you read the directions there is a procedure to cool the machine down faster. Otherwise the machine is very light which makes locking in the funnel a little awkward but not a big deal. I got this unit for $50 after amazon and amex rebates and couldnt be happier.

I've been using espresso machine for the last 15 years almost every day. I need a compact one because my kitchen is small. I tried other brand within the same price range but don't feel good quality. Here are what I found:Size and general quality - pretty solid and stainless. 5 starsFunction - just 4 buttons. Press the "double" or the "single" for double shots of espresso or single shot of espresso. The other two buttons is for ON/OFF the machine and steam. easy use to me. 4.5 starsWater temperature - it's hotter than my daily espresso machine, pressure is good. 5 starsMilk frothing - this one needs a bit of practice to get the creamy texture. Remember to flash out the water before foam the milk. 4 starsOverall, I am satisfied with this machine and it's worth the price.

First off, it's fast! Covenient for use. because I turn this on and it is ready to make espresso in about 1 minute.Second, this machine makes fantastic espresso.Third, The froth nozzle on this thing is also amazing....I have truly never seen anything like it. I had a Delonghi machine before, just a base model, and never used the frother because it just didn't do the job. BUT WOW this ilavie froths like silk cream and you just wouldn"t believe!!!!Don't hesitate....buy this machine!!!!! It is truly amazing.

Every thing was wrapped up. So once I realized that there was a plastic cover where the water enters the machine everything worked great! The espresso pore is timed so you could walk away and have perfect measured espresso when you come back. It heats up fast. I had a $300 machine for a few years that I loved but this one i actually already love more. Worth the money. It is very easy to use and makes great coffee. The steamer is awesome too and will be easy to clean. I'm already in love.

I bought this as gift for my great niece. She is a barista at a name brand coffee shop. She said she share it with the family and make espresso everyday for them. Anyway, everyone loves it. They saved money and do not buy coffee outside every day. Now my great niece is moving out and taking her machine with her. Her mom has to have a new machine now. And don't hesitate to buy this ilavie model for the second one!!!

I'm happy with my purchase. It is stainless steel inside and out which is a plus. The only downside is that it truly does not heat cups on top of unit until the machine has been on for at least 20 mins. Also as other reviews mention there's theblinking lights issue if you want to make a second round while it tries to cool itself back down to the lower espresso brewing temperature but just either reset or let water out of the steam wand to cool. I need to say the machine sold 100-300usd all have this problem.Compared to others, this one already has a competitive price.
