The D part of these is offset 270 degrees. Most electronics are set up so if the pot is turned all the way to the left, the flat part on the stem will point away from the the lowest setting or upper right, and the knob indicator will point to the bottom left. These are offset 270 degrees, so on most amps the the indicator will point the wrong direction. See imageThese fit my old Carvin amp, but the quality is just OK, not great and don't fit snugly, but are fine for light use, I'd probably have to glue them in if I used the amp a lot. However they were the only ones I could find on Amazon, and the different colors are great.

Three out of the four knobs shown in the picture are D shaft. The green colored knob was a gear type knob and does not fit the potentiometer shaft.

Should have read more reviews before buying... the marker line is 90 degrees off so points in the wrong direction. Almost every "D" shaft is designed for the marker to be 180 degrees from the flat of the shaft, these knobs are at 90 making them useless for most cases.

Not all knobs had D-type notches. Additionally, knobs had non-standard notch/indicator alignment with the D-notch, meaning they pointed to the wrong knob position.

The knows fit good and look good but the line in them doesn't actually line up with where the dial is

It's a great set of knobs for the price, and the quality is good; unfortunately, they do not align properly on the Alesis NanoVerb, and probably wouldn't work for any Alesis Nano device for that matter. For my needs, the marker line in relation to the flat of the "D" needs to be at the 12 o'clock position (bottom view). On these knobs, the marker line in relation to the flat of the "D" is at the 9 o'clock position (see pic).Had I spent the time and zoomed in on the pics provided for the listing, I would have noticed this and not purchased. So unless I can find a use for them in the next couple of weeks they'll be returned.

Lost some knobs over the years, and got tired of using the nubbins to work speakers or a board. These worked great, and I liked how they are different colors, so it worked to replace knobs on my Yamaha board, and some fit on the back of my Mackie speakersAt the price they were, I'm glad I got the bigger package. Now I have extras to last for years. If a knob feels a bit loose, I'll just replace with right away
