Those brushes have 7 ohms resistance each . it is not acceptable for carbon brushes. 14 ohms for an electric 12v -36 v motor it's loosing 75% OF IT'S POWER.....

Black and Decker no longer sells this part for their weed trimmer ST8600 that are still sold, I used this and soldered in place, works like it should. I liked the ST8600 as aftermarket parts work to repair. Thank you

Definately the lowest price on the web for this size. I specifically needed these for a Unimat 3 motor, who's brushes are dang-near impossible to find.I simply filed/sanded these down to the right width and they work great. I literally now have a 10-lifetime supply for less than I would have paid for a single pair of 'correct' brushes, which incidentally, are only available from England..
