I guess I’m the last to find out that PG did away with the iconic pyramid bags. The new bags are fine, the purpose of them is to be a “quick brew” providing the long beloved taste of PG Tips in less than 90 seconds. I prefer my tips @ 3 minutes in a pyramid and I’m still trying to find the sweet spot with these new bags.I was also under the impression— why, I’m not sure— that this was 2 boxes of tea. It’s one very large box and the tea bags aren’t sealed once the box has been unwrapped. I don’t care for stale tea but at least I got a tea bag grabber!The tea looks just like the old tips did, and I suppose the strength and flavor will be something I can troubleshoot as I have a hundred or two bags to expirement with now.

I was searching for PG tips tea when I came upon this. The gadget is really awesome. No more burnt fingers or drips across the counter. This helps so much..with piramid or straight bags. I think a really good idea.

I love this tea! I can’t get it locally, so I order huge amts on line . It’s strong and co can hold up to the large amounts of cream and sugar I put in it!

I was disappointed when bought these at local grocery store not being the pyramid bags BUT this is still good tea and 1 tea bag with 2 cups of water makes great tasting cold brew tea.

The teabag box was taped closed, but had been open up and the tea bags where all over inside the shipping package. The tea bags are not individually wrapped either so this is fairly gross to use the tea bags now. This is NOT how I wanted to receive a package I planned on giving someone for Christmas.
