this was a bit softer than the OEM for my Echo PB4600 and I didn't use the clamps it came with, I reused the original black clamps.

This fit to replace the elbow that had work out on my PB 602. The clips that come with this purchase are standard and need to be aimed or cut so as not to interfere with your arm while using the machine, but this is not problematic. Also I was able to reuse the existing clamps, which have a slight different screw-lock mechanism.
