This is a brand new small block Chevy 305, 350 and 400 belt drive and pulley kit. For use with long style water pumps with up to a 5/8" shaft.
Kit Contents:
- Black Billet aluminum water pump pulley
- Black Billet aluminum crankshaft pulley
- Black steel alternator pulley
- Cogged belt
The cogged 1 1/2" wide "Gilmer" style belt prevents slippage. Water pump and crank pulleys are a 1:1 ratio. Must be used with the factory alternator position, alternator pulley has outside lips to help keep belt aligned. Crank pulley has V-belt groove that can be used to run power steering. Will not work with A/C equipped vehicles. Works with mechanical water pumps only (will not work with electric water pumps). Some applications may require a spacer for the crankshaft pulley

I was Sceptical to say the least,but, I've put Many Engines together over the last 30+ Years. This is a REALLY Nice set. And REALLY Makes the engine look Great. And the price is Almost Impossible to believe, but, these are Excellent Quality.

This item worked perfect after i figured out what is needed to make it work on my 1986 MC SS w/ 383S. On a sbc you will need a crank spacer, I needed a 1/2" spacer. You will also need allen head bolts, i had to use allen head 3/8 x 3.5" grade 8 bolts. you can not use regular bolts since they are too close to the sides of the crank pulley and no socket will fit. I would have gave 5 stars but figuring out what is needed should have been explained in some kind of directions or similar. it does work perfect and the sound is pretty wild.
