Installation was fairly straightforward and easy until I ran into a problem with my stripped out sprocket bolts, but not an issue with the new sprocket itself. Very happy with the performance of the bike after the change over. I went to a 13/42 Set up and it changed the lower and torque of the bike completely. Can’t wait to take the bike out with the new set up. Great value for the money.

The sprocket bolts up like a stock one. I went from a stock 40 tooth to this sprocket in 42 teeth, for a CRF250L. This 42 rear, with a 13 tooth front sprocket gives the gearing that I was looking for. Unfortunately, since it’s winter in the mid-west, I can’t speak to its longevity or durability.

Based upon suggestions of Youtube motovlogs I thought I would try increasing to a 42T rear. I am happy with the results. Using stock chain, rear tire is closer but I think I still have room if I get a new tire. Added some nice pickup, easier to ride in 2nd gear through slow areas of woods/trails and did not hurt top end spped that I can tell.

I already know this works well based off reviews on YT. Installed on Honda CRF250L Rally. No issues. Extra couple teeth giving better low end torque which was desperately needed in 2nd gear.
