I like this mat. It cleans easily. It was easy to put on. I didn't even have to trim any of the faucet hole. I like how well it drains. It is thicker than I was expecting.

This review is for the Koureik 24 inch Faucet Mat for Kitchen Sink, 6° Slope Sink Splash Guard with Fasten Button Lock, Foldable Silicone Faucet Guard Draining Mat for Kitchen Bathroom Sink Area, Gray (24 x 5.5). This is a heavyweight silicone mat. It sits flat and stays put. I wish I had gotten this a year ago before my sink and faucet developed water deposits and staining. This mat fits snugly around the faucet base-- TIPS: Cut a ring or two INSIDE of what you need--you can always take off more. Cut slowly, using kitchen shears. It cuts easily, so be careful to cut a curve smoothly and not nick into what you want left on. The snap feature is great! I wish it had a second snap at the top as well! The mat front overhangs my sink edge, which is fine, even preferred. We don't need the back of the mat to fold up since the sink is on an island. The mat is high enough so the water doesn't drip off the back of the mat. We have two soap dispensers on one side, and they are stable. The scrubbers fit easily in the space on the other side. We washed this in the dishwasher when we got it, and will pop it in the dishwasher again whenever we want to give it a refresher cleaning.

I purchased this for my large, 60/40 split kitchen sink, and here are my thoughts: Definitely measure before purchasing. How far back your backsplash is will make a huge difference. These mats are pretty big (the 5.5-inch depth is the one you want to double-check). It will take up all the room on most sinks if you have a backsplash or wall. These mats are thick, so they rise up from the surface of your sink quite a bit. The slope is not that pronounced, but it does mostly work. Small amounts of water don't really roll off, just larger amounts of water that have enough impetus to run off. The very ridges that keep your sponge from sitting in water also create some water tension, so it takes a bit of water to break the tension and run down. You can cut the silicone around the faucet easily, and it's formed in rings so you can cut mostly straight. If you have other parts to your sink in addition to the faucet, like a soap dispenser or RO spigot, you will be able to cut the silicone without cutting in from the edge to put an appropriate hole in it, but it's hard to make the hole smooth. The ridges on top that enhance the draining and keep your sponge or whatever from sitting in water make cutting a little challenging. It doesn't lay as nicely as the photos make it look, but it's a sturdy mat that does the job fairly well. This one has a nice feature when you're measuring: the back inch will fold up. It makes it fit in a smaller space (depth-wise) and additionally makes a tiny little 1-inch silicone backstop. If you don't use that back inch, it lies completely flat, so you don't even know it's there. There is a tiny button in the split that goes around the faucet that you snap once it's on, which seals it up better. It's not hard to snap, and it closes the gap very nicely. Honestly, a better seal than I thought it would have. All in all, a good product for the cost. I would have no problem recommending to a friend or family member.

I think the review of this product will vary depending on the need. If you are looking to put flat-surfaced soap dispenser bottles, this should be ok. But not too heavy, because the bottle will tilt. What I did like about this product is that the further edge of the mat can fold vertically if the width of your space is too small. It worked out for us, but our soap dispenser has difficulty standing up on these high silicone dividers. These dividers are perfectly durable for sponges and some scrubbers.

This silicone mat is an excellent addition to our new kitchen sink and faucet area. The gray goes nicely with our gray and white backsplash. I have tried the metal basket-like drainers but they don't hold all the items we usually have at our sink. We purposely do not have a soap dispenser or garbage disposal air vent in the counter so this provides plenty of room for the things we want to have in the area. This is wide enough to give us plenty of room and to avoid constantly wiping the area with a towel to avoid water splashes and spotting. I like that the mat has a snap-like button at the back of the faucet so it does not creep forward when we are working at the sink and it also keeps water from getting on and under the faucet area. When it has gotten drips or splashes on it we just tuck it into the dishwasher for a bit of extra cleaning. All in all it is an inexpensive and yet very nice faucet/counter accessory. I am very glad we got it.

Water has always been collecting around my faucet and this makes it easy to keep the water away and draining into the sink. The thick silicone makes it easy to clean and I’ve even put it in the dishwasher. I also had to cut a small hole for my sprayer and was able to do so easily with an exact knife.
