My family has been looking at ebikes for quite a while and couldn't commit due to the costs of bikes. Watching and searching for months, this rollroll ebike showed up at the right price and features so we decided to take a chance on a bike with no reviews and 1x 1-star review to the company. To my surprise it promptly shipped and arrived in only a few days. It took about 30 mins to put it together and i was again surprised it rolled well! The brakes are soft from the factory and need adjustments but the derailer and shifting was all aligned. I have only rode it a few miles just to check everything out and, again, I am overall impressed. This bike is much bigger than I thought, and quite heavy. The step through design is much easier to get on and off. I am 6'1" and its big. My wife is 5'7" and felt intimidated at first. The seat height js adjustable but doesn't look like the handlebars are so i found myself hunched over while riding. It seems to have enough power to roll us around for what we want to use it for. It does say Mermaid on the side, so that will keep a teenager from using it. We put a rear seat on it for grand kids and jr partners. The bike came with the tools necessary to put it together. Theres no website or contact information listed in the manual so maybe no luck if you need warranty service. Overall so far so good that we ordered another one.

we tested our new electric bike and it.s very low-end.... First ride at only 6 miles done already a flat tire...!!!! and at the second ride : the touchscreen shuts off and we have to go back to standard mode....Its a cheap bike and not satisfied..

"I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this e-bike. It's become a fantastic addition to my workout routine. I've significantly improved my cardiovascular health, increasing my weekly mileage by 20% since I started using it. I purposely avoid using the e-mode unless absolutely necessary, pushing myself to get a good workout. The responsive pedal assist and long-lasting battery are game-changers; I can easily complete my 20-mile route without worrying about running out of power. The comfortable seat is a bonus! I'm so impressed, I'm buying another one for my son—he's keen to get into cycling, and I know this e-bike will encourage him to enjoy the outdoors and get more active, just like it has for me."

Just bought 2 mermaid bikes and am very happy so far. They seem well built and designed. Easy assembly for 1 person.Only ridden 2 short trips so waiting to see how they hold up to alabama weather and roads. Will post again in a month
