If any issue happens as below, you may need to change a new fan clutch:

- 3.Socket set with ratchet
- 4.Rubber mallet

One of the studs broke off right away. Couldn't pull it out either ended up using one that I had from a previous build.

This product does not function. It is fan on at all times which is not how a fan clutch works. Do not recommend as I cannot return it because I hadn’t gotten around to installing it within 30days

Bought this item because it had good reviews and cheaper than the parts house, installed and did not make a difference fan was on 24/7. Next day went to Napa for $65 and noticed it working within 25 seconds.

This product works as designed. The cost, compared to local parts stores, was phenomenal. My pickup was overheating in a load due to the weakened spring. I put this one on and the issue was resolved. I love amazon and have ordered several vehicle parts online. Don't overpay at parts stores.
