Work as expected, I’m unsure if battery or charger issue but I feel like these don’t register in the charger quite as well as the ones that come with the headset.

These batteries work very well. They charge and perform just like the originals. Also, just like original, they come as a pair. That is outstanding. After 3 years, I definitely needed to replace both of my original batteries. So, as designed, I am able to use one while charging the other.
