This part matched on Amazon for the 2004 Nissan Xterra fuel pump relay BUT it is NOT the correct relay. The original relay, like many replacement fuel pump relays listed is blue & white and "full size", like most typical relays that you're use to seeing.Remove the left driver's side lower kick panel; one hex-head/Phillips Head screw holds it in place. There are two relays attached to a metal bracket.I removed the bracket for easier removal of the relay from the wiring harness. There's a picture of the blue & white plug receptacle for the relay plug...And the relay hooked onto the metal bracket, which I removed from the side wall. The 1-star review is because of the lost time and hassle incurred because the vehicle matching system incorrectly matched this for the 2004 Xterra fuel pump relay. The relays look fine and probably are fine. There are 4 in a small bag.In looking around and under the hood, I was unable to locate a single relay site that uses this particular relay. The relay information here states that it is/can be used for various systems, which is true of any basic relay, provided it matches the receptacle. While I did not find any match on my 2004 Xterra, the Amazon Parts Match system doesn't always seem to differentiate on similar but different level/models...So it is possible that there is a 2004 Nissan Xterra out there that calls for this style relay.
