Not happy with the operation of these units. Twist grip for rear derailleur works, but you have to hunt for a stop click. Twist grip for front derailleur simply doesn't have the leverage to pull the chain lever in. I recommend the lever type unit, not the twist grip unit.

One of the pieces (left one) just stopped functioning even before I installed it. I was trying to pry open it to fix it, and the plastic just broke. Not good... but hey, now at least I have new rubber handles.... which are shorter than my bike's original handles. I would not recommend this product. Guess the price reflects quality.

Pretty easy to install. Works but I wish if the turn has more travel. I still have to tune it from the other end of the wire to see if I can make it work to switch to all gears.
